This is a section of the John Lenon Memorial Wall in Prague. In true hippy tradition, this wall is graffitied by those paying their respects the great singer. I found this particular part very interesting. Most people are probably now familiar with the "Coexist" bumper sticker. This is a variant of that, painted partially over "(can't read word) Rocks." Pretty fitting, even if only by coincidence.
